At Cureandcare, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order.
cancellation policy
a) Cancellation Requests:

- Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and if the goods have not been dispatched.
- Orders placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category are not eligible for cancellation.
- Special occasion offers such as Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, and others are non-cancellable due to their limited availability.
- For hygiene reasons, cancellation requests for items such as underpads, sanitary pads and diapers are not possible.
- The condition of the product(s) will be assessed by Cureandcare to determine their eligibility for cancellation or exchange.
b) Cancellation/Return Restrictions:

- Damages caused by the misuse of product(s) or incidental damage due to product malfunctioning may not be eligible for cancellation/returns.
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers, used or installed consumable items, and products without original packaging and accessories may not be eligible for cancellation/returns.
- Damages or defects not covered under the manufacturer or vendor’s warranty may not be eligible for cancellation/returns.
- Wearable products that have been worn, washed, tags removed, stained, or damaged will not be eligible for cancellation/returns.
- Certain products like toilet and personal care products may be excluded from cancellation/returns due to hygiene reasons.
Return & Refund Policy
Our return and exchange policy for products purchased through Cureandcare is 7 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified. Please review the following information:
a) Conditions for Return:

- Notify us of any damaged or defective product(s) within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product(s) should be unused and returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, and invoices.
- Ensure secure packaging to prevent further damage during transit.
- Our customer care team may request photographs/videos to assess the extent of damages.
- Please be aware that specific vendors may have different return policies, which will be mentioned on the website during the purchase.
b) Refunds:

- Refunds will be processed after receiving the returned product(s) by Cureandcare, its registered vendor, or authorized personnel.
- The refund will be issued based on the original mode of payment.
- Credit card or debit card payments will be refunded within 7 working days.
- Net banking account payments will be credited back within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be provided if replacement is not possible.
c) Return Process:

- Contact our customer support team at support@cureandcare.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will arrange the return pickup with our logistics partner.
- Repack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags intact.
- Cover the address label with Cureandcare’s address.
- Keep the courier certificate as proof of return.
Please note that if you are returning a product for a refund and not purchasing another product, you may be charged the original shipping cost and a restocking fee.
If a rare product is specially ordered for you, it may be non-returnable/refundable. Such information will be provided to you at the time of purchase.
d) Returns for Damaged/Wrong Items:
